A Day in the Life ….. Prepping for a client meeting on my dining room table by rolling out @degournay wallpaper sample with possible ceiling options.

This condo in LA, on a limited budget, was able to transition from Standard Issue to the Home of an Artist. The biggest expenses were stripping the red floors and refinishing to a more natural finish, adding wallpaper, and paint (ceilings all done in a semi-gloss finish as opposed to flat, which heighten the rooms and add a shimmering glow at night).

Site visit day! 1904 San Francisco Edward restoration firmly on track.

Project check in! It’s cabinet install week in my SF project and these gorgeous solid walnut could not have turned out better. Happy client happy me!
