This Modern Zen space is peaceful and calming, located on the 5th floor of a 6 story building in downtown Wailuku. It is clean and contemporary yet warm and inviting, and while the walls are painted charcoal, it is not heavy or dark, though it is definitively masculine and sexy. The full-gut four-month renovation took it from 1992 to present day with a modern sensibility. Completely rewired to be a Smart Home, all lights and shades are voice-activated – or can be controlled on an app from 5000 miles away. All furnishings were completely custom designed to maximize the space and style of the 1460 square foot apartment.
